Wild Mushroom Burger @ Cheesecake Factory - last night

Had this with the sweet potato fries, just as shown in this pic http://www.foodspotting.com/reviews/1... done medium rare. Burger came out a little rarer than medium rare, so good thing I don't mind that at all. The burger was delicious as were the SP fries. I'd have this again in a heartbeat (although I'm sure too many of them would stop my heart...).

This may give me a reason to go to Cheesecake Factory. I just wish there wasn't a 4 hr wait on Saturdays.

The economy has finally taken a toll on our local (Brentwood) location. We normally walk right into the bar and sit down and eat there with zero wait. The Marina Del Rey location can still draw a crowd.

There is only 1 in Charlotte, NC. So the wait is still there. Even when I went on a weekday (Thursday) there was still a 20 minute wait. But we haven't tried to go on the weekend since February, so maybe I will be able to go today.

I'll be interested to hear how you like it if you go. One suggestion which I would implement when I go again and order this burger. I will ask if they will bring a little plate with some lettuce, raw onion and tomato. I think adding some of those, if not all, would nicely complement this burger. Have a good weekend...

I don't want to hijack this thread, but I've always had a soft spot for their BBQ Burger. The bacon on that burger is quite good.

Believe me, I understand. I hate waiting with a passion. If we had to wait for an hour I wouldn't go either.

ooo that looks yummy. I haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in months. The SP fries are good there, I stole some from my daughter once.

I love their Vietnamese tacos and the salisbury steak. Ok now I want Cheesecake Factory LOL.
