Had a quick lunch @ this new African cafe yesterday-quite tasty.

Principally Ethiopian with some other specialties-web site menu looks to be incomplete but the food was delicious and the service especially warm & friendly.

Ordered the veggie lunch special and having not had Ethiopian for some time I quickly gobbled down the scrumptious grinds.

In the same block as Hime Sushi.

Had lunch there a few weeks ago. Mostly Ethiopean some tajines from Morrocco. They were the operators of Nyala IIRC.

Much much better food than anything I ever tasted @ Nyala-both in Kits and up on Main St.

The woman who cooks at Afrique was the cook at Nyala Main St. But yeah the food is good. I like how they do their lentils - still whole, and not mushy. The tajines were merely OK.
