Where to find Saba

  • 8

Hoping to find a local grocer that sells saba. I haven't found any on the North Shore, but I'm hoping there is a source in the city. Granted, I know I could order it online, but I prefer to give our local grocers the business.

Thanks in advance for any info!

  1. I bought some at Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge not too long ago. Give them a call if that's a convenient location for you.

    1. Not in the city, but H-Mart in Burlington has it frozen.

Haha, I was thinking the Italian balsamic-like condiment as opposed to Japanese mackerel. Perhaps the OP can clarify.

Opps !!!!!!!!! My mistake!! Sorry to confuse. What I'm looking for is what Chicken with a Capon mentioned, the balsamic like juice.

I bought some at Savenor's in Cambridge a while back, so I'm guessing the Boston store also carries it.
