How Much Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning Do You Use Per Pound?

The first jar of Walkerswood that I ever bought said on the label to use anywhere from a teaspoon or two per pound of meat. The latest jar I have simply says "use sparingly". So I'm interested to know...How much is enough for you?

It's a great product. For each chicken leg quarter, I use two large tablespoons for roasting in the oven. I like lots of it.

Walkerswood now has a new Mild Jerk Seasoning as well. It's not really mild, just less hot. We get it from their on line distributor www.firstworldimports.com

I use this paste all the time. Love it for the times I don't make my own. I'm gonna say that I prolly use about a tsp per chicken leg quarter. which probably translates to 2 tsp per pound or thereabouts. I generally smoke my jerk, so the flavors might get muted a little. I scream to everyone i know about how much I love this stuff.
