NEED A DELICIOUS FISH CAKE RECIPE

Have been given some Speckled Trout and would like to make some fish cakes with them.Anyone with a delicious recipe?

      The white fish jeon recipe from Aeri's kitchen SOUNDS good, but I have not found the time to make it yet.
