30th Birthday Party Ideas

My husband is turning 30 at the end of this month and I am really wanting to rent out a private room somewhere for 25-40 people. He's a good ole country boy so anything frilly and fancy will not do. Did I mention that I'm also on a budget? If I didn't have to pay (or pay too much) to get a private room, that would be ideal.

I have looked into Love and War in Texas, but that's about it. We live about 20 minutes south of Dallas, but would be open to going just about anywhere in the metroplex. All recommendations would be very welcome!!
