"Cara" brand sourdough rye: where can I get it? Where'd it go?

The Jon's Market on Vermont (just north of Kaiser Med Center) used to stock bread from a "Cara Bakery Co." including a killer sourdough rye. About five or six months ago, they stopped carrying the brand entirely, and no other Jon's I've ever been in had it at all. "Cara"'s label indicated they were local, but indicated no address or website.
Anyone know if they're still in business? Anyone know who else they distribute to?

The "Cara" stuff was not 100% wheat-free, as far as I can tell,, and looked a lot more like a conventional loaf of deli rye, including the cornmeal on the bottom.

I probably dreamed that I posted about this (because I looked and I couldn't find anything on the LA board...so I probably just told my wife) but I bought a loaf of sourdough rye at Ralph's one morning (Olympic and Barrington) and it was a regular old sliced loaf and was really terrific. I can't recall the brand, taking no note of it, and now I'll probably never see it again. But if I do come across it I'll be sure to post all the particulars.

After reading your post, I googled "Cara bakery California" and all I got was your post. Sure you're not imagining the name? :)

I noticed the same thing. Not impossible that I misremembered the name (I'm SURE I didn't imagine the bread; I ate a loaf a week for several months!) , but the last couple of minor facts that I thought I might be mis-remembering, I was remembering accurately. If anyone knows of a local bakery brand that sounds sorta like this (my recollection is that their address was in Industry, or Commerce, or Santa Fe Springs, or some such place)
