Group dining suggestions - 16-20 people

Looking for a place for my wife's birthday dinner. Specifications:
1 - 16-20 people on a Saturday night.
2 - $60 or less food cost per person, would prefer less if possible.
3 - No Asian or Mexican food.
4 - Food must actually be good.

For good restaurants, I realize this will often have us in a private room, which is fine as long as the price is right and the menu isn't too limited.

So far I've thought of Public and Landmarc. Any other ideas?

Otto might be good for this. I believe their group dining options are all under $60.
