Hey, I'm looking for a resto with sultry environs and a menu where the food merits the hype. I'd love to request your guidance on restaurants that are seductive and impressive, but also really great food. I'm wide open to anything. Price point flexible--but would trade pampering and attentiveness for a laid back vibe.

I don't know, the Parlour Room in The NoMad is kind of bordello-esq, deep reds and heavy drapes, and the food is incredible, it might work.

Can you specify what room you want when you reserve? When we went to NoMad, we were seated in the center room, which was quite packed and noisy to me. Though the food and drink were great, I don't want to be in that room again, date night or not.

I have specifically asked for the Parlour Room when making the res. Each time asked we've been seated there so I can assume they will try to accommodate. The Atrium is just too loud for me.
