Bao Dim Sum Room Pleasant Surprise

Stoped in on a whim and was glad I did. While it may not be as good as the offerings in SG, it is by far the best we have west of downtown. Nice presentation (albeit no carts), service, decor and a full bar with a nice happy hour.

Had dinner there Monday. Food and service were very good and there was a lot of activity. Its a nice looking room and bar. There were six of us and we ate a ton of food only 3 drinks at the table, and the bill was just $120 with a 20% tip. Not bad. Would return for sure. Nothing close on the westside.

I agree. Best dim sum this side of the 110. Much better than The Palace. Apparently their main chef is a dim sum chef ex-pat from SGV.
