Green Chile to take home?
I've been in Santa Fe a few days and I've always wanted to take some Green Chile home with me. Obviously, I love it. Is there a place you'd recommend me purchasing some to travel with?
Any thoughts would be truly appreciated.
The best quality you will find is from the Farmers Market, there's one on Tuesday morning if you're gone before Saturday. Unless you have the means and enjoy roasting them at home I suggest you buy them roasted, and if you buy a lot they do freeze well. Matt Romero's Alcalde chile is as good as any, he's likely to be roasting at the market on Tuesday.
