Anybody know anything this new restaurant?
It's in the same space that Lupo was.

Too bad about Lupo. I liked it, though they didn't change their menu seasonally at all that I saw. I was there in the summer last year, 95F and humid, the special was some type of steak with Gorgonzola mashed potatoes, ugh.

Anyway, the new place looks intriguing, if not a total change based on the menu:

WOW.What is with these new places? They don't advertise, they don't distribute flyers - and that spot is about as REMOTE as you can get......not like you would get alot of drive by traffic and that end of Chester is scary quiet to begin with.

Same thing with the new spot in Deep River....you wonder how much business sense they have

If someone tries it out - let us know -

I know this is an old thread but wondering if Trapiche is still in business. The website no longer comes up. Anyone been there recently? We're considering going there this weekend but would like to see a menu or at least hear from some Hounds who have been there recently and can tell us what some of their best tapas and entrees are. Thx.

I drove past it last week. It looked like the sign had just been taken down. Too bad. We ate there last February and had a good meal.

I heard last night that Trapische was sold to people who plan to turn it into an Italian restaurant. Gee, like we don't have enough Italian restaurants in CT....
