Nothing right on Robson comes to mind. La Brasserie weekends-only breakfast poutine still one of the best ways to raise your cholestrol in downtown -- decent walk from Robson if you are at the upper end (nearish Burrard).

This google map is useful for pinpointing places that offer breaky around town (there are a few from other places sprinkled in the list too so beware). YMMV re quality...
