    Hi Eve 1st,

In Savona there isn't that much to choose from. There is a diner called the Roadhouse Cafe. I've had lunch there and it is good homestyle diner food. Road trip food. This person has a write up of breakfast at the Roadhouse Cafe:

If you venture into the acutal village there is a pub there that is attached to the hotel. It's called Beachin' Bistro. I haven't eaten there but of the times I've driven through Savona it seems popular.

I had a nice dinner at Ginger & Spice Bistro in downtown Revelstoke this week -- the entrees didn't look that interesting so I made up a meal of three smaller plates: the soup, the braised lamb and the duck fat fries. While all of them were good, the lamb was stellar. A plus is that it's right on the street where they have live music every evening in summer.

Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper and Calgary are all in the province of Alberta.
