Why is it that I am not getting the email with answers to my self-initiated thread but I am getting replys to the ones I visit? The last one I started was Hamburger Buns.

To be sure I understand you correctly: you have email notifications on, and are getting email correctly for threads you reply to, but not for threads that you create yourself?

Looking at the dates on those threads, I believe that all of the replies to your hamburger bun thread were created during the period where notification emails were broken. They have since been fixed, and recent replies should notify you normally; please let us know if this is not the case.
