Orangeville dining options?
A step away from Toronto centric board for a sec,
Anyone dine in Orangeville?
I was recently at Cuisine Art event in Alton Mills and they had different food vendors/demos.
One of the highlights was "Pia's on Broadway". A blini topped with house cured lavender salmon and avocado ice cream (being made with liquid nitrogen).
Anyone been there for a meal? From my understanding the chef (Adam Ryan) has been there for a few months working on converting it more into a restaurant from the previous bakery.
Anyway, general recommendations for the area appreciated as well.

millcroft Inn is a little out of town but a tried and tested spot for a great country meal. in town check out 199 broadway. (disclaimer: I worked for the current owner years and years and years ago at a different spot, but that doesn't change the fact that they consistently turn out some of the best food in the city)
