Cheap eats in Chaoyang District (Beijing)

Wildhonu Aug 2, 2012 10:46 PM

I'm new to the area on a temporary move and am looking for family-friendly good eats for under 125RMB. One of the challenges I'm finding is location as this is a large district, so any directional guidance would be helpful as well. We discovered the gem Baoyuan Jiaozi Wu (down the street from our hotel) after an agonizing cross-reference search on maps and various other local food sites. Can anyone help build my list?

Welcome to BJ. I should say that the beijing residents are not really active on CH, except perhaps when travelling elsewhere. I live in Haidian, so can't really comment on the ultra-local scene -- I won't cross town just for a snack, say. Are you looking for chinese or western recommendations?
