Root Beer Quest

My grandson (a rootbeer fanatic) and I are taking a road trip from NM, through Utah, and across Nevada. The route through Utah is not nailed down yet. I once was in Moab and ate at a brew pub/ restaurant that served local brews plus local root beer. Any others there, and around the state that you know of?
