Mapaya: A Pictorial Essay

J.L. Aug 1, 2012 10:28 PM

Verdict: A cute little West L.A. creperie run by very nice Japanese owners. But don't let the cuteness factor deceive you - The crepes here are seriously good. Since it's summer, I especially enjoyed their ice cream crepes. AND they'll let you bring in a coffee from Balconi (which is right next door)! I just wished they had a Grand Marnier crepe. This place is ideal for a super-casual tasty weekend breakfast.

- Roast Beef Crepe: Fresh and tender beef.
- Ice Cream Crepe: Generous with the ice cream.

My wife really enjoyed her ice cream crepe. So much so, she didn't share any of it with me. It's become a nice little corner with Kiriko and Brian's Shave Ice there as well. Pinkberry too.

Very cute. That it's tasty really puts the whipped cream on the crepe! http://losangeles.menupages.com/resta...

I keep meaning to try this place, but I keep being full after going to Kiriko. ;-)
