Buttermilk ideas for chicken?

Hey guys , tonight (eastern time) I'm going to cook chicken marinated in buttermilk tonight and I want to use the buttermilk in some form of sauce. ANyone want to give me any ideas? The buttermilk must be cooked, of course.

You can make a basic pan gravy, using the buttermilk instead of regular milk or broth. Just make sure to cook it thoroughly!
