Based on menu that's currently online (but not the most recent one):

      fried pig tail
      pork toro
      moo sadoong
      kar moo parlow
      whole fish sam-rod
      kao kluk gapi
      ice cream sandwich

I've tried just about everything on the menu, and most of the dishes are very good. Even the standard pad thai is better than most versions I've had. But I order the fried pig tails and pork toro on just about every single visit. They also have daily specials now that reflect more traditional Northern Thai cuisine, which I love as well.

+1 to all of this. The hog collar is killer as is the pig tail. Although, I wasn't totally enamoured with the pad thai, it was decent.
