Mexican markets in SF?

I'd recommend La Palma as well. But while you're there, also check out La Spiga de Oro across the street. It makes nixtamal to start the process, not many places around here do.
Still, I'd like to hear other suggestions as neither makes corn tortillas as flavorful or thin as the typical ones used by taquerias in San Diego.
