Estia's American in Darien, CT = GREAT!

My husband and I had a surprisingly excellent meal at Estia's in Darien tonight. A Sag Harbor import, the restaurant is only a few months old and already operating at a high level. The service was top notch yet still warm and comfortable. The room was similarly upscale but quaint and cozy. And the food was really delicious. Top notch ingredients and simple, fresh preparations. We happened to arrive early so we took advantage of their early bird three course meal for $28 (any salad, any entree and any dessert). A fantastic deal. We're anxious to come back to try their lunch and brunch options. Happy to have a winner in our area!

Sounds like a great deal! Have been hearing nothing but really good things. It's at the top of the list to check out STAT.
