Birmingham markets - any gems? Or Stourbridge?

I'll be in central Brum for a few days in late August - staying in a self-catering apartment.
Are there any Friday market stalls worth seeking out?
I'm seeking fish, cheese, veg... any local specialities...
Anything?

Also - anything in Stourbridge apart from an oddly located Waitrose?

Just re-read that you asked about Friday market stalls. There is a small-ish Farmer's Mkt in Brindleyplace on Fridays that may be worth seeking out, too?

For fish and veg, go to the indoor and Bullring market. For cheese, I'd venture over to Anderson and Hill in Piccadilly Arcade, but they also stock decent deli items.
