Dinner in WeHo (and surrounding areas) for three tonight

Two of my classmates from grad school are coming to town tonight and want to grab a bite to eat. I am the undisputed foodie of the bunch, but am often the worst when trying to make a decision on a place to go. My first choices did not pan out: Papilles (closed on Mondays) and Bouchon (Fried chicken night is booked up pretty solid). My other thought was to go to Mozza and wait for bar stools, but not sure if I want to subject them to that sort of an unknown variable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If not too late, Jar would be my choice. They are also offering a special three course lobster dinner on Mondays for $55.

I do not think you need to worry to much about getting stools at Mozza on a Monday. Even for three. And things are quite a bit slower with the Olympics at most places.

      Have you been to Sotto?

Not been to Sotto yet, but it's definitely on my list. My pals will be coming from the east, so I would like to mitigate their drive time a bit. I think you have a very good point regarding the Olympics.

Love Sotto. Just there Sat. Always great. I think however, they are closed Monday. Although the food is not as good, Eveleigh on Sunset is really cool and has solid small plates, a great bar scene, good music and a nice patio
