Seeing Dennis Foy at D'Floret

is like if Springsteen played every night at the Stone Pony. Get to Lambertville and see the legend at work...it is a treat.

      gotta agree. We had no previous experience dining at a Foy restaurant until D'Floret a week ago. We left impressed and a bit of digging online turned up an interesting read from a couple years ago:

      Would have liked to say we've been fans since 1974, but it's never too late to enjoy his cuisine in this intimate setting.
