Defrosted gefilte fish

Had a freezer mishap and 2 loaves of frozen gefilte fish defrosted (still cold). Does anyone know if I can cook and consume or dump?

Susie Fishbein has a recipe that calls for the fish to be defrosted (along with a defrosted salmon loaf)

Gefilte should hold under refrigeration for about three to five days, frozen for two months; maybe three. As long as it's been very cold for the past three days I'd consider using it. Otherwise, I'd dump it.
