I've had a good versions at Le Kensington (http://lekensingtonbistro.ca/menus, $13 for Les Oeufs Florentines) and at Le Petit Dejeuner (http://www.petitdejeuner.ca/menu/brunch09.html, Eggs Florentine $12.95, no AC).

What other restaurants would you recommend?

I'm planning to try Simple Bistro's Eggs Benedict (with the spinach option instead of the peameal bacon) next (http://www.simplebistro.com/Home_file... , $14)

Just had a nice one at The Westerly, on a cheddar biscuit instead of an English muffin. Get the French toast for dessert.
