Slices- pizza. Causal. Always crowded. Pizza is surprisingly good and guys behind the counter are always friendly. They have salads, pasta, falafel also.

Twisted- next door to Slices. Frozen yogurt and toppings by the ounce. Kids will have a great time. They also have a wall of candy.

Down to earth- dairy salads, pasta, fish. Lunch and dinner. Food is good, but the service can be slow. Their homemade veggie burger is excellent. Salad with tuna or veggie burger is about $15

Armando's- similar menu to down to earth, but I have not been there so can't comment about the food.

Stephanos- upscale dairy italian. Haven't been, but heard from friends that food is great, service sloooow.

ibrgr- gourmet burger place. I keep meaning to go, but haven't had the chance. Beef, veggie, turkey, salmon burgers and salad. Reasonable meat option, especially if you're with kids.

Monmouth bagels- bagel shop, best bagels. Sundays they usually have a line out the door.

656ocean- upscale meat restaurant. More like a special occasion place.

Hey yo - frozen yogurt. It's about 15 minute from deal. In shrewsbury, same shopping plaza as trader joes. Great yogurt and tons of toppings. Be careful, as the cups are ginormous and you pay by the ounce.

7-11 has a list of kosher slurpee favors and kosher milk for the coffee

    Hope this helps
