Sultan Shawarma has some of the best lentil soup

If you go, definitely try the lentil soup if it is offered as the "soup of the day".

The shawarmas range from ok (chicken) to pretty good (beef), but really the highlight of this little joint is the lentil soup.

I also liked the pickled turnip. Very addictive.

Oh yes. Husband and I are well acquainted with Sultan's lentil soup, it is excellent! Have you tried their falafel? To die for.
