Japanese charcoal - Where to buy?

I'd like to try this Japanese charcoal that I've been hearing about. Does anyone know where it can be purchased - preferably somewhere on the Westside. Thanks.

Thanks Servorg. I rea d the thread. Seems to be a split decision whether Binchotan is any better than the lump charcoal. I'll try it out fist chance I get.

Binchotan is found at some Japanese grocery stores.

I believe I've seen it at a store or two on Sawtelle, though you can order it online from Korin (for pretty cheap unless you get that super-refined white stuff)
