Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers

  • 1

Scottsdale Road and Grayhawk Rd.

I've been twice and both times I've been impressed with the burgers here. Their standard house burger has gruyere and caramelized onions. Not sure about the details of the meat, but its really tasty and has a good texture/tenderness for a burger. I think they understand the importance of not over working the meat as the patty is formed. They have very soft and delicious buns from Arizona Bread Company. A pretty good selection of bottled and canned beers and decent selection on draft. They have a happy hour 3-7 M-F. You can get a burger and fries for $6 and draft beers are $4.50

Worth checking out if you are up in Grayhawk area.

  1. I like this place as well. They are also opening a store in Old Town Scotts near Indian School, according to one of the guys from MArtini Ranch. (same ownership as MR and Arcadia Tavern). Good selection of toppings, decent tater tots. Nice upscale sports bar feel, not too many kids like at Arcadia Tavern. I like it. Beer list is a little too heavy on national brands with retro appeal, could use some more craft lables.
