Anyone hear anything about it other than the long wait list? I can't even find a menu anywhere....wouldn't be surprised if the usual 'new upscale American comfort food' shit that is ever so popular nowadays...

      From what I've read, the only thing I'm sure of is that the head guy is totally full of himself at all of 29 years old, and he thinks he's the Miracle Child of Cooking. You'll note that I'm not rushing out to spend my money.
