Soft shell crabs
Just got back from Carol's Creek Cafe in Eastport where they had a fantastic soft shell crab dinner special. I am not normally be big soft shell crab eater, but this was much better than the sandwiches I have had in the past. They were fried tempura style and then cut in half and served with rice and stir fried vegetables. Not on the standard menu. So impressed that I wanted to share the find to other crab lovers out there or people who have wanted to try soft shell crabs but have been hesitant.
