Ideas to use up unripe Meyer Lemons?

I have a Meyer lemon tree that is loaded with fruit right now. We were out of town in a windstorm and about 10 of the lemons fell of the tree. They are about the size of (small) limes - larger than a golf ball. I hate to waste them so I was looking for ideas. I found this so far: http://www.jamieoliver.com/forum/view...

But not much else. Ideas? Thanks in advance.

If you can get your dog to chew on them, they leave sparkling teeth. We used to have a Meyer Lemon tree in the yard and one of dogs loved eating the lemons that fell from it. She had the whitest teeth ever.

You can slice, freeze and use them in place of ice cubes in sparkling water or other beverages.

When l lived in Florida l was blessed with the contents of a neighbor's Meyer's lemon tree, Used the skins for limoncello and the juice for lemonade. Froze portions of the juice alone, then had it when needed.

I would go with the gentleman way back in the jamieoliver link who advised to treat them as limes. Have you thought about a Key Lime Pie? You will need about 1/4 cup of juice and a can of condensed sweetened milk; very easy to make. Let me know if you need a recipe.

Have you tried any of those with unripe lemons?

twists and preserved, but then I like things uber-tart.
