Strand Bistro and Chef Kelvin Fernandez A Class Act

We took our granddaughter who has life threatening food allergies for a special 10th birthday dinner. Chef Kelvin Fernandez made a special homemade pasta with tomato instead of eggs just for her for the occasion. We all tasted the special pasta and it was amazing. He also made some french fries in a separate fryer and the look of happiness on her face was of sheer delight. She normally does not eat out, but with Chef Kelvin's reassurance and extra care (he has a severe shell fish allergy himself), she had a memorable 10th birthday dinner. It is a night we will never forget.
