A16 or ZeroZero
Hi - We love Pizza Delfina but don't want to deal with the wait if we are going with the kids.
Would you recommend A16 or ZeroZero in terms of the pizza?
A margarita at A16 is $15 seems kinda steep. Would love to try Flour+Water but cant get res.
Any other recomendations?

I would second the Cotogna rec really enjoyed my meal there and mainly because it is open all day which is really useful if you have kids as you can go super early or for lunch etc.
Zero Zero also has convenient hours, but I can't speak to the food.

A16's pizza is straight-up traditional Neapolitan, like Una Pizza Napoletana. Tender, not crisp.
Zero Zero's is a hybrid local style, like Flour+Water, Delfina, and Cotogna (my favorite of the genre). If you're taking kids, 00's soft-serve ice cream might also be a plus.
Overall, across the menu, I think the food at A16 is a step or two up, but personally I prefer the latter style of pizza.

re: bbulkow
This was our finding as well on a recent visit with our kids. We also *loved* the cocktails. In fact, we enjoyed our experience here so much that DH & I wanted to return this past Sunday while on an impromptu date night but unfortunately got stuck in a ridiculous traffic mess around Moscone due to I believe Obama's arrival.
Frustrated with traffic & looking for parking, we ended up at the bar at Boulevard. Great service but food was, how do I say it...boring.
I'm looking forward to returning to Zero Zero...A16 (went in Dec), not so much.
ETA: Kids preferred Zero Zero pizza over A16's.
