Stain in SS Fry Pan from Barkeeper's Friend

So a paste of water and Bar Keeper's Friend that should sit for about a minute was left in a SS pan overnight last night, and now the pan has this milky looking stain you can see in the attached photos.

Is there anyway to lose this stain? I assume this is something cosmetic, that will not affect food safety, correct?

Does BKP mean Bar Keeper's Friend? I would sprinkle some BKF on the stain and scrub. I am certain that if the pan is clean it won't affect food safety.

Yes sorry. That was a typo on my part. I will give that a try.
