He must have closed early the day the "closed" sign was on the door. I understand they are still open.

  1. Seriously? I'll pass by tomorrow and check it out. Hope you're right!

That "closed" sign has been there for at least 10 days and the phone was disconnected when I tried a few days ago.

What a shame that it is closed.

          Hey, a girl can hope!

I walked by it today around 3:00 and the closed sign was in the window and the inside was dark. I would think if they were on vacation they would have posted it. Looks like another place is gone.

Agreed. They would have said they were on vacation and their phone would be working! Another kosher deli bites the dust.

Zeev rarely ever took a vacation...I wish him well...he is a smart guy and we'll see him again. Very few in 2005 could have predicted what would happen to the economy and White Plains.

I work across the street and the security guard in my building found out that the owner of the building where the deli was is forcing out all the stores to consolidate the space. They are almost totally empty now. He must have something in mind. So he may have been forced out of this location as well at Mt. Kisco.
