Best example of Basque food/experience in Nevada?

Hi all, a friend and I are setting out on a road trip and are intrigued by the tales of Basque food in Nevada. Most posts I've read compare Basque restaurants in a particular town (which of course makes all kinds of sense). But since we're very flex on our route and quite committed to experiencing the "best" as we sample this first-in-a-long-lifetime treat, we're hoping you can steer us to THE restaurant. And any other tips nearby (and by nearby I mean within ohhhhh say 100 miles) of the place you're recommending would be FAB. (Again, we're happy to let your recommendations drive our route so please please point us in the right direction.)

Years ago I had a fine Basque dinner, family style, in Winnemucca. Probably the Martin Hotel.

Thank you all for your helpful posts! I didn't plan ahead enough and we ended up taking another route. Our new route did include Lotus of Siam in Vegas--really need to post on that but also hankering for a return visit to get some good details. Basque food next time, I hope!

JT's in Gardnerville is the best I've had recently.
I haven't eaten at The Martin in Winnemucca since the early 1990s, but people tell me it's still good.

We frequent the bar where you can get three tapas for $12. We get all three as lamb ribs - 12 total. With a crunchy lettuce salad and a tart vinaigrette and their house red, that's dinner for us.
