Didn't try the pork belly but I (really really really) did not care for the lamb. It was juicy and tender but as TonyC describes it, "it was funktified" for sure, and the funkiness was beyond what my friend and I could manage. We swore we could smell the b.o.-ness of the dish even hours after we had eaten the few measly bites we could manage.

I'm an Époisses, Domaine Tempier, preserved bamboo fan so the funk factor of the lamb belly was towards the bottom on my scale, but I can see that if these flavors are not your pleasure the lamb belly could be a dish for others. Unfortunately for me my table mates shared my tolerance and the plate was cleaned in an instant.
