Balance of design and taste?

can anyone give me a list of places to eat that have a great balance of fantastic food but also look great?

I love interior design and as such I'm looking for places to Dine for both lunches, bruches and in particular a big celebratory dinner on a saturday night that will make the guest of honour gowow at both the food and the interior of the venue.

buget-wise? anyting upto $200 per person all included... not big alchol drinkers, maybe a cocktail and a glass of white wine will do us.
