Help!!! Saratoga Lunch Saturday...(Tomorrow!)

j

I'm going to be in Saratoga for lunch tomorrow. I used to eat at the Grey Gelding, but it's closed.

I want a place in town, walking distance, where I can have a relaxing lunch, great ambiance, decent food, good wine list, and good service.

Cost is no object. Really, I want nice ambiance and a bottle of wine.

Please help! Any ideas for places similar to Grey Gelding?

johnblacksox, where did you end up? How was it?

Maestro's is a good suggestion, if Grey Gelding is what you're thinking of.

Maestro's is always busy, even in off season. Might be worth a try.

My best friends, who live downtown in one of the condos, are also fond of Mrs. London's for lunch. Do not know whether they have wine or not.

Actually, I just saw Maestro's is open for lunch. I've never been there, but it looks like the most promising place...Can someone please confirm or deny?

You won't find wine at Mrs. London's, but next door at Max London's there is a Saturday brunch from 11 - 3pm. Full bar is available.

Sperry's brunch is great too. Max's, Sperry's, and Maestro's all have much better food than Grey Gelding did. Enjoy.
