Lunch Suggestions @ Broadway and 45th

Having lunch with a friend: any suggestions for the area? Italian, steak/burgers, seafood, Chinese, Japanese. Three/four blocks up/downtown is the limit...thank you!

On the more upscale (and pricey) side, I like Sushi Zen, on 44th between B'way and 6th, and db Bistro Moderne, on 44th just on the other side of 6th.
