Ai Fiori & Lincoln—what to order?

For my fooding this weekend I have reserved, for lunch, Lincoln Ristorante on Friday, and Ai Fiori on Saturday (but is their Saturday lunch menu different?). Mainly I was wondering if anyone could suggest especially interesting or impressive dishes. I could just do more reading to prepare, but my eyes feel like bleeding right now.

For some context: I went to L'Artusi yesterday, which was overall quite nice (the Tajarin and the Tilefish were good and even somewhat educational). Novità had really, really good home-style pasta (Lobster tagliolini). I have been to Maialino for a late snack but I didn't like their crostata; maybe their version was intended to be nostalgic, but I much prefer my own strawberry tarts. Thus far I have enjoyed Lupa the most, specifically their Asparagus agnolotti, which I thought was a "perfect" dish, in its simplicity and balance. That's pretty much the extent of Italian that I have attempted.

    Al Fiori desserts are real good. The ravioli I recommend. I've only been there for dinner and had the 7 course tasting menu. I'm not sure what is on the lunch menu. If the quail is on the lunch menu it is made very well.
