Thanks for everyones recomendations. I ended up at the Mrs. Bridges on Oakdale because that was the closer option. I spoke to the lady the day before and she said it wouldn't be a problem the next morning but when I got there they only had soda scones. I'll have to try one of the other recomendation at a later date.

The George Street Diner at George St. and Richmond St. downtown sells what they call "Irish Soda Bread", as well as a pre-packaged mix that you can use to easily make the bread at home by adding some basic wet ingredients and popping it in the oven according to the directions (I was reading a package last time waiting for a table, but I forget the exact details).
