Lunch in Chinatown

I'm looking for an exciting place to eat in chinatown for lunch.

I know Beijing, House of Noodles and the Pho places, but what else is there (non dim sum, non buffet) that is choworthy?

I'd love to find a place heavy on the sichuan peppers, light on the oil if at all possible.

Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot is good, I find, and the spicy broth is exciting.

try the kung pao chicken or shrimps at niu kee. IIRC the chicken is on the bone

here is a picture of the shrimps : http://smurfmatic.net/blog/pics/kung....

i haven't had this dish in a while but i went to niu kee not long ago and while not at its 2008 splendor, it is once again chow worthy.

When you find that place, be sure to try the unicorn soup. ;)
