Surprisingly good taco truck, PCH/Topanga

Not really the first place I'd think to find outstanding tacos, but "Tacos 'El Primo'" (if I remember correctly) was parked on the northbound side of PCH today just before Topanga Cyn. Rd. around lunch, and wow, these were good. Handmade tortillas, succulent carne asada, red onion garnish a plus, homemade tortilla chips. I've seen trucks parked along this stretch but hadn't ever stopped, figuring it would be just the usual blah fare.
