What Indian meals can I make in a slow cooker?
Looking to make my lunches more interesting.
Veggie/non-veggie ideas welcome.
I would think dal makhani would be the perfect thing. I googled and there are lots of recipes, I just don't have one in particular I could recommend.
I've done dals, kidney beans (rajma) and kheer. I've also finished off biriyani in my slow cooker by layering the partially cooked rice and meat into the crock, then leaving it on simmer for a few hours.
I prefer not to do meats as we don't like the pieces of meat to be falling apart.
