Please help me identify this restaurant...

I went to a very basic Spanish (Dominican or Cuban?) restaurant in the theatre district a few weeks ago, and I really liked it. I can't remember the name, but it was definitely on either 9th Avenue
or 10th Avenue in the 40's, and it was on the West side of the street.

It has take-out and tables and it looks very plain on the outside.

I really want to go there tonight.

    The one that comes to mind is LALI on 45'th and 10'th which is a little Dominican diner. Not much to look at but the food is honest and plentiful if a bit greasy.
    It's been awhile but their empanadas were decent and I loved their chicken stew.
